Consumption mediator: how does it work?

In accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, if you have an unresolved dispute with our service, you have the right to call on a mediator.

We collaborate with the Institute of Expertise for Arbitration and Mediation (IEAM), an association specializing in mediation of consumption.

The mediator is a neutral third party who helps you find an amicable solution, without going through legal proceedings.
