Since 1999, the mission of our debt collection agency, Paris Contentieux, has been simple: to put our expertise at the service of companies seeking payment of their outstanding invoices.

Paris Contentieux International is a company specializing in debt collection, investigations, and business intelligence on companies, both in France and internationally.
We rely on a team of senior negotiators, highly experienced in the art of negotiation. Paris Contentieux International has a team of 12 people dedicated to amicable debt recovery, 4 lawyers who manage proceedings in France, and 2 lawyers for our international operations.
Our international service allows us to handle your cases anywhere in the world and in any language. Furthermore, we have a network of 300 bailiffs and lawyers worldwide. All decisions are managed from our offices in Vanves (92).
Paris Contentieux International is also a member of the ANCR (French National Association of Debt Collectors).
We have also set up an audit service for companies seeking to carry out an inventory in order to improve their debt recovery process. Finally, we also make our expertise available to our clients with training in credit management and risk management.
